Future HS English Teacher
Hello!From Tampa, FL

Hello Everyone. I'm not a teacher yet and I feel like it will still be a long journey to become certified--but I'm working on it. I graduated with a BA in Communications and a few months after graduation, realized that I wanted to be a teacher (English Education was the 1st major I had in college and back then thought it wasn't for me). Go Figure. I am now on the alternative certification path. I just started studying for the FTCE English 6-12 exam and am planning on taking it in January. I am excited to one day be a High School English teacher!!

Welcome Chrissteeena!

Stick with this site and you'll be better prepared for whatever goes on in a classroom from a teacher's perspective.
