Swiss steak done with laywers seasoning salt, Italian bread, candied baby carrots and a tossed salad.

    I've missed home cooked food!

French toast. Someone at school had a maple scented candle burning in her office, so I have been craving these all day. Delicious! I will eat healthy tomorrow.

Unless I come up with a better idea, it'll be donuts.

I've been eating so badly lately. You'd think that if I can be arsed to make donuts, I could also make some real food too.

If my son is home for dinner--pizza and wings.
If I'm on my own--scrambled eggs and wine.

DH is in charge of dinner on Friday nights.

We have leftovers (turkey stuffed zucchini) so he really lucked out!

    Pizza sounds good.

I think I can manage to make some pizza sauce. I've got tortillas, mushrooms, pineapple, and vegan cheese.

I could even turn on the bread machine. I'm just so tired all the time, probably from stupid medication I'm taking right now.

Hmmm - cooking question. How long would a quiche keep in the freezer? I think mine might be well past the point of being salvaged, but I thought I'd ask. I hate to throw it out, but forgot it was there until today :(

I think as long as it was only frozen/thawed once and kept sealed pretty well it should be ok. You could thaw it and see. I'd hate to know how long those things in the freezer cases at the grocery store have been there!
