What does your body crave food-wise? For some reason, I have been obsessed with yellow peppers for the past few weeks. I have bought about four in the past few days. The other night, around 10:00 pm, I really considered going to the store to buy a yellow pepper for my stir-fry (really late dinner). I know cravings usually are a sign of a vitamin deficiency, and I think yellow peppers are full of vitamin A. I'm not a huge veggie person so I've never had a veggie craving this strong before. Of course, I live in a HOT climate so my body is craving fresh fruits and veggies right now. Anyways, what do YOU crave? ETA: I just went to the store to buy veggies and I swear I could eat that whole yellow pepper raw in front of the tv.
