I have been teaching 4th grade for 6 years with the same team (2 other) teachers. They helped me through my first 6 years of teaching, and we have become like a family -- we spend every lunch, plan time, morning, etc. together.

I was just told that I am being forced to move to 5th grade this next school year, and will no longer be on a team with them. I want to get them something to show my appreciation for helping me out in my hardest years as a teacher and show how much I'll miss being on their team. Any ideas?

The best gift I've received from teammates when they've left was a nice handwritten card with genuine thoughts of gratitude.

Maybe you could think of something the three of you have in common or have done together and find a fun t-shirt or silly something to go with your handwritten card/letter that bella84 suggested. Otherwise you could take them to lunch and have some time to just relax and reminisce together.
