This is what I use, not sure if it is what you are looking for:

Straight line down and then your done, that's the way to make a one.

Around and back on the railroad track, two, two, two.

Around the tree, around the tree, that's the way you make a three.

Down and over and down some more, that's the way you make a four.

Put on a hat and take dive, a big round tummy, that's a five.

    Make a hoop and loop-six.

Across the sky and down from heaven, that's the way to make a seven.

Make an s but do not wait, go back up and close the gate, eight.

Make a hoop and a line - nine.

Around and around and around you go, that's the way to make a zero.

For kinders, I used the same rhymes as kinderkids for writing the numbers.

I also used Greg & Steve's number rock & it goes from 1-20. My students were numbered so when they heard their number they had to jump up and hold up their number.

Another game we played: I would "hide" each number (just written on a card) in the classroom. Students had to find their number and stick it on the white board using tape. In the beginning of the year, I used to write the numbers on the board so they would have to match it. Later on, they'd have to know where the number went in relationship to the other numbers.

The students also liked to play number bingo.

I LOVE Dr. Jean's Totally Math CD. I ordered it last year when it came out and my class loved The Number March. I made a ppt to go with the song and motions for each number for them to dance to, it was so much fun. Even after they had mastered all numbers 1-10 they still begged for it! I also highly recommend Heidi Songs number songs CD's, I used those for numbers 11-20 and did the same thing, made a ppt to go with it, they loved it too and learned their numbers so quickly.
Dr. Jean also has a song called The Numeral Song on another CD that is about number formation, the kids love that one too. I let the leader of the day pick which one we would do, Number March or Numeral Song.

My kids love to sing this song,
    "1,2,3,4,5 first I caught a fish alive.
6,7,8,9,10 then I let it go again.
Why did you let it go?
Because he bit my finger so.
    Which finger did he bite?
This little finger on the right."

It's not to the tune of anything else.........so I can't tell you how to sing it.

    Or how about this--
"I have one, I have two, I have three little fingers
I have four, I have five, I have six little fingers
I have seven, I have eight, I have nine little fingers
Ten little fingers on my hands

They can wiggle, they can wiggle, they can wiggle in the morning
They can wiggle, they can wiggle, they can wiggle in the evening
They can wiggle, they can wiggle, they can wiggle at nighttime.
Ten little fingers on my hands."

And you can insert whatever you want---dance, clap, shake, snap.
