Today. I'm pretty sure they collectively stopped caring today. Three more weeks to go...
A fairly large group of mine stopped caring around mid-October. It's been a challenge.
We are testing this week, so the kids did really great today. On the other hand, I’m struggling . . .
Seniors are beyond done. They've only got senior cook out and then graduation on Friday. Underclassmen are pretty much checking out so it's a struggle. Finals are this week, Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. And I'm in the same boat as my seniors...
Oh, this is soooooooo my crew.
A lot of ours are done when school starts!
Our attendance is fantastic, though. We had 2 of our 150 absent today. DH says nobody wants them at home with that attitude either.
My students have learned to never tell me they’re done when it is near the end of the year because I double the lengths of the homework assignments when they do and make then worth twice as much. And I do this on the daily per incident!
My seniors have been done since they got those college acceptances, but my juniors are still working hard to finish out the year strong (and, in some cases, to ensure I'll be able to write them strong rec letters!). We have about 5 weeks left.
My last quiz average was a 90 for my juniors......and a 63 for my seniors. I tell the seniors I'm not going to force them to work, but I don't want to hear even a tiny complaint about grades from them or their parents.

Most of mine are done. Heck, I’M beyond done, so I can’t really blame them.
8 more days.
Yeah. Mine have check out mental LOL. I have, too. 2 more weeks.
Special Olympics today.
My students are never checked in to begin with LOL
We have 4 early release days left. Kids only have final exams left. So we are all basically done.
Just realized I used a pretty awful typo in the subject line. I must too be done.
Hey, I guess “you’re” done, too! LOL
