Need good fonts that teachers use

    Hi colleagues,
    I am a preschool teacher loooking for fonts to use with my class. Can somebody recommend some resources..., please?
    If posible with arrows and lines...

    There are lots of free sources on-line, did you try googling "arrow print font"? If you are willing to pay, Fonts4Teachers has all the teacher fonts including the one with arrows. I like DJ Inkers for "cute" fonts.

    I use Fontfreak Once you extract the files, you place the font file in the font folder inside the window folder. I'm not sure where to put Mac versions. Then any word processor should be able to access them. I then use word to blow the letters up and print them to colored paper as needed.

    Do you know the web sites? I do no want to end up in the wrong place and pay for nothing in return.

    are they for teachers to create handwriting worksheets or docorative or fun...? Because I am using teachers fonts..

    I got fonts from someone on here many moons ago-- I think it was possibly Clarnet-

    Here's a link to a post I wrote about using digital fonts, in the picture there I think you will see the font you are referring to. Here is my bookmarked list of all the font sites I use, some are teaching fonts and others are decorative, you can look through and see what ones work for you.

    If Im creating a worksheet or documents to use with my kid I stick with "Comic Sans MS" in Microsoft Word.

    I tried desktoppub, DJinkers, fontfreak and you name... I what you need is fonts for the class, then Fonts4teachers is the program.
