    I think it is not 100% but it sounds like they have a strong interest. Sometimes people say you will to get you to see what your duties would be for the job but the fact that they had you shadow and observe makes it positive!

    This is why hiring people need to be very careful to use the conditional and not the future "you would" vs. "you will' because it gives false hope. But yes, it does sound promising.
