Who is Mr. Jimmy Corkhill?
My guess is that he is a 'photoshop artist'

Funny, but seriously...there is a special place in somewhere not so pleasant for those photogs...
Yes, but I don't think I would have every went topless in her shoes either. (Not that she is in any way at fault for the photos.) Aren't they surrounded by security 24/7? There had to be some sort of staff there. I wouldn't want anyone to see.
And I agree, kc. You KNOW that the Windsors are very conscious of their privacy, particularly in light of the way Diana died. What sort of slime stalks people, trying to find them in compromising situations???
Kate was in a place where people sunbathe topless. She was doing what the locals do, just as this week she's mingling with the locals in the Solomon Islands.
Oh, the only ones who see me topless are my husband (when he behaves :lol and my doc-Kate probably shouldn't have been, but the way they hound them! Shameful!
Hah! Yeah, I don't blame her at all. She was just getting some sun with her husband, in what I understand is a very secluded place. Nothing wrong with that. Hope she wore sunscreen!
I believe the photographers were at quite a distance, using high-zoom lenses...
I know. I didn't mean to imply the staff would photograph. I simply meant that she could have been seen by an employee. Should have phrased that better....
You can tell it's a very high telephoto lens by the quality of the pic. They had to be very far away. Do the royals need to be more on guard about stuff like this? Sure, but why should they? The people out there taking these kinds of pics (of anyone!) are way out of line! Of course, we only have ourselves to blame if we buy their stupid mags.
Let's see: Kate is in an are where sunbathing topless is the norm. She's on private property. Honestly, if she wanted to run around completely naked flapping her arms like a bird, she should have been able to do so in peace. The photographers are the ones who should be ashamed of themselves.
