    Hi all
This is my first post here.
I am currently working at an elementary school as an assistant teacher, and have just completed my last semester as a Masters student in Education at American.
I got an email last week from a school asking me to come in for an interview. We arranged the time this morning for Wednesday, but they never stated what grade level this interview was for (I have experience in 2nd grade - for the past three years).

    Two questions
    1. Is this a preliminary interview? This is in DCPS and I'm already in the recommended hiring pool.
    2. What are some tips that you have from your own experience?

    Thank you!

Have you had any sort of district level interview w/ this district before this?

It's probably more like a screening interview...will ask you basic/general questions.

This is my not my first district interview. I did one as a partner teacher - unless that didn't count. I know that I am in the recommended pool of hiring for the application stages. It probably is a screening interview.
What are some tips you have?
