I am trying to apply for a teaching position, and one of the preliminary questions on the application is "Which instruction methodology are you most familiar with and how would you implement it in your classroom?"

Can someone help me with this question?

You might do well to figure out what "instructional methodology" is likely to mean for the organization to which you're applying. Try looking through the organization's website for references to instruction, method, and instructional method and examples of instructional methods or teaching methods. Start at the level of the school, and if that doesn't get you any useful results, look at the district (if public) or region (if private/charter) or whatever is the next level up administratively.

That's good advice from TG. You could prefer something personally that just couldn't work in the particular environment to which you are applying.
