How does this acronym sound?

I want my class to have a binder for everything and I would like to use and acronym for it like the others I have seen out there. Our school's mascot is the bears, class theme is community. I couldn't think of any good community words that were short enough so I came up with this for BEARS:

    Believe it!
    Effort
    And
    Responsibility
    =
    Success

Does it work? Any other suggestions?
