Oh boy!!! Im new on the forum and feel like I seriously need to reinvent myself!!!!:unsure: Im teaching two grades with two languages being taught - what an experience!!!! I let me kids do buddy reading twice a week under the trees and do group reading everyday. I have divided English and grade 2 together and then two other groups according to strength in reading. The rest of the class is busy doing other work while Im busy on the mat and we do the word lists, fill in the reading card and they read. They do first and second language word lists and reading daily. Am I way off course here?
