Confused about "job offer"

    Oh that’s easy. Because they want their sister to have the job, but the union makes them post and interview first-then put the relative in place.

    I’ve been on this ride several times. Only situation worth doing is 2nd & 4th example. If you end up with 1st or 3rd example, you could become very stressed out. A good P will support you and you will do your best despite the low salary. If my kids are good & my $ is right, I can deal with goofy scaredy-cat P and do-nothing parents. But if EVERYTHING is bad, you are fighting a losing battle.
