I'm down another .5 lb. I'm finally below 140 though!! Next stop: 135 (better make it a mini goal!)
OK, I blew it bigtime for about a month. But I'm determined to get back on track!
I've stopped weighing myself all together. I am seeing my results in other ways. 3 weeks ago, I could barely do 15 jumping jacks. Tonight at class I did 35. My clothes are fitting better, and I am getting compliments, but the scale hasn't been moving. I'll weigh myself in a week or so to see where I'm at. I'm actually not that worried about the number anymore at all
I still have a long way to go...but, when I started I was wearing a size 22 and they were tight. I bought size 16 capris today. In the Misses dept, not Women's! I am soooo excited. I can't wait till these are to big and I can say I'm buying 12's! I'm getting there, slowly but surely!

Holding steady at 131.5. I'll need to make an effort to lose the last 5 and I haven't been up to the challenge, but for now I'm happy with the pounds I lost. I skipped the gym this past week, but will start again next week. My clothes are more comfortable and I can see my curves again. I'm sure my husband is happy.
You are guys amazing! I started a new eating plan after easter and since then am down 2 lbs. I've been so busy with work and everything that I plateaued for about 3 weeks. I was so happy to see a lower number on the scale this morning!
Still under 140 and looks like another .5 lbs lost for a total of 6.5. I'm taking it slow. I need to get back to the gym more often this week and from now until the end of June and hitting it hard!!
I did 5 miles overall on the elliptical today! I feel great! Maybe it'll make up for how horrible I ate!
I NEED TO STOP MESSING AROUND AND LOSE THIS WEIGHT. ARRHHHHHHH!

I have lost 15 lbs since February 19. 10 more to go until I hit my goal weight

Doctor told me yesterday I shouldn´t take pilates gym lessons anymore, cause of my backache, so I should begin swimming (he says it´s the best for me) grrrrrrrrr, he also said I need to stop playing tennis, I´M NOT HAPPY AT ALL...
And the last but not the least, I should go on eating healthy food.
I had to give up tennis because of my foot...was not happy about it. I ride the recumbant bike because it is best for my foot right now. I hope I can start doing other things again, but I am getting in lots of cardio with the bike.

Just weighed in...down 3 lbs this week. Total of 28.6 since January 6th!
I've been working my buns off at the gym this week. I just got an app for my phone that keeps track of my calories for each day and given my current weight and goal weight, gives me a calorie budget to stick with. For the past 3 days, I've been under!! I'm hoping to see some lbs lost. This app says I should be losing 2 lbs a week and be my goal weight by June 18th.

Just checking in. I'm still maintaining my initial loss, but procrastinating about taking off the last 5 pounds.
I have been maintaining for the last few weeks. Better than gaining but I'd like to start exercising more so I can lose again!
