I haven't stepped on the scale for the past few weeks. I haven't been totally "bad" but haven't been as careful as I should be. Imagine my surprise when I got on the scale this morning (fully expecting to see that it hadn't budged) to find that I lost another 3 pounds! My total is now 15 pounds since the beginning of January! I'm definitely far behind where I would have liked to be by now, but am encouraged!
