    Total: 26.5

    Not great, but I also didn't eat as well this week as in previous weeks. At least it's down. :unsure:

    I'm holding steady at 131. This is good. I'm down a total of 4 pounds and it's staying off. And, I don't feel like I've been dieting (this is probably why I'm not losing weight faster!). I have about 5lbs to go. At this rate, it will take me till July, but as long as I'm losing, I'm happy.

    Not losing as fast as I wanted to but a total of 8 pounds gone since January 1st!

    Sad to say, I gained again :( Another .5 which brings me to 11 pounds lost. I ended up sick with strep and completely fell off the wagon at the start of the week. Proud to say that I got back on and have been relatively good since then. Tomorrow is a new day!

    Down a total of 4. I hadn't really been as gungho about it as I should be, but that's changing as I've been going to gym regularly and more often and I've been doing portion control.

    Well I have to say that I gained this week: .4 I have to say that it is the medication that I am on, Prednizone (sp?). It is making me eat like a pig. I know that this week will be a better week!

    Hey! I'm joining in now. I had my baby back in December so I have that wonderful help of breastfeeding on my side to help burn calories. I also have been carrying a pedometer with me the last week as well. In the past two weeks I've lost about 10 pounds (my mother in law says that it's mostly water weight though). I'm working on keeping to a calorie intake between 1,500 and 1,900. I found a calculator on line that shows what you should eat based on height, weight, goal weight, and activity level. For me, 1,500 was if I don't exercise for an hour and 1,900 is if I did exercise for an hour that day. Anyways, I will weigh in on Sundays.

    Starting weight- 163 lbs
    Current weight-154
    Lost- 9 lbs
    Goal weight- 135 lbs

    Down 1.3 this week. 19.5 overall...splurged today on Bruster's, but had no sugar added, fat free ice cream. Stayed under my calorie goal after my exercise. Worked out hard, but it was worth it for ice cream. I deserve a treat every once in a while.

    That 30 goal is eluding me! I need to get back on track with my diet and exercise. I feel like I've been working so hard and no results! I hate plateaus!

    I keep hovering between 137.5 and 140-- for like 3 weeks now! I'm THRILLED with the weight I've lost, but would love to see the lower 130's!

    I'm hoping that Spring weather will appear after this weekend's monsoon, and that I'll get the UMPH to go walking every day.

    Have kind of fallen off the bandwagon the past couple of weeks--but am climbing back on today!

    Whoo hoo - I had a great week. I lost 3.6 pounds, which brings the total to 15.5 pounds. Whoo hooo!

    I forgot to post my lst weigh in. My total weight lost since January 1st is now 9 pounds! Only 20 more to go. Great job everyone else who posted this week!

    I feel like I am slipping, though I did lose ~.5 lb lst week. I changed my weigh in day to Friday mornings. I worked out 4 days last week, and still only lost a minimal amount. My aunt, aka my trainer, says I am likely building muscle. I'd still like to see the number go down, as I have a good bit to lose before July.

    Today I wore a skirt that I haven't worn in at least 2 years!!! :)

    Awesome!

    I'm now able to wear my "interview" suit that I haven't worn in 3 years and it fits better than it did back then!

    And today I'm wearing a suit that would have been out of the question last year!

    Only 10 pounds, but they've made quite a difference!

    So, while I'm still not at target weight, I'm loving the results so far. I'll get back on the wagon big time after St. Patrick's Day (and all that soda bread I spent the weekend making.)

    One of the things on my To Do list this week is to go through all of the clothes--I have things in 4 or 5 different sizes. I did find a couple of pairs of pants yesterday that haven't fit for a more than 2 years--wahoo!!!

    I put on a pair of pants this morning that I haven't been able to wear in at least 2 years...and they are too big! I have nothing that fits, but I refuse to buy anything new until I lose more, so I guess I'll go belt shopping this weekend.
