    OK, so I wasn't as good as I should have been... the blizzard had me hunkered down, eating everything that didn't eat me first.

    But I still lost half a pound, down to 137.

    So I'm back on the wagon, hoping to hit 135 by next week!

    I had a rough week but I lost a pound! I told my husband that I didn't want any candy for Valentine's day. Let's hope he listens LOL

    Alice, I just came on here to post the exact same thing!!

    I'm happy with half a pound, especially as it's that time of the month. Hoping by next week to be at 130 (1.5 more!).

    Unfortunately, I have no one to give all the candy from my students to...the little things will go inn my prize box, but I'm not sure what I'll do with the boxes of chocolates.

    You could go cold turkey and just throw it all out---better it go to waste than to waist...

    I'm up 1/2 pound. Not surprised because I haven't been keeping a food diary. I'm still down a few pounds overall, but I do want to hit my mini-goal of 129 in the next few weeks. I'll have to really buckle-down and actually diet to get there!

    I am going to freeze my boxes of chocolates! It said unwrapped, with another wrapping, they will keep up to a year!!Then , I think I'll use them to make a "leftover candy" cake sometime! Hate to waste....:)

    I freeze chocolate every Halloween, then take it out a little at a time.

    -.5 this week, kind of disappointed. I fell off the bandwagon with my food journaling, and there were treats everywhere at work. At least I didn't gain! I plan on working out a lot this week, but already know I am eating out twice, once tomorrow, and once Friday.

    I also tossed the candy my students got me. Well, except for the Godiva chocolates :)

    I have been really bad about eating the last few days. I hope that I can get back on the wagon with it. I have to tell myself to go to the gym today, but my dad is up helping dh build a porch so I might skip the gym for today.

    Down 1.9 today...13.1 since 1/6. I'm excited about it, but I wish I could lose it faster! It's hard to keep saying that it needs to come off slowly...I want to lose 10 lbs in week and feel like I've really accomplished something!

    I haven't been to the gym in 4 days since my dad has been up here helping building a porch for us. I'm holding steady though I've been eating horrible lately!

    I didn't do well this weekend, had too much fun!! I'm serious again though. I still haven't weighed in about 4 weeks, but I know I've lost some weight.

    Throw the chocolates and Girl Scout cookies in the bottom of the freezer!!!!

    I'm about to head to school for my weigh-in... I'm not anticipating a loss. Next week I will be better!

    Down .4 this morning...BUT potluck lunch at school, lots of candy after school, and pizza tonight!Oops.....I will try to get back on the wagon tomorrow...and enjoy today!:)

    Not great compared to previous weeks, but we had professional development and all went out to eat yesterday. PLUS I'm going out to eat today...I guess I'll have to work twice as hard this week!

    Great work! I'm weighing in tomorrow and i'm hoping for at least a pound. Had a busy week with my part time job so didn't get to exercise much. Today and tomorrow I have a bit more time to play around with so I will have no excuses!

    Down a pound, which I am surprised. I only worked out once, but I was also violently ill for 24 hours, spread out over two days. Brings my total to 12 pounds in 6 weeks.

    Going to talk to AAA about the Cancun vacation. Looks more and more like it is a go, talk about motivation. That gives me four months, or about 17 weeks, which could ideally be 25.5-34 pounds, bringing me to my goal. I would have gone from 174 lbs to about either 137 or 128.5 in 6 months.

    Time to step up my game! This thread has really motivated me! I think about typing my weigh in and am determined to do better each week!

    Ug. Still on that dreaded plateau-- 137.5.

    It's been like 2 weeks, and I can't break down to 136.

    Time to get back to school-- it's been a week and a half thanks to snow days and February Break. And it may just be time to do a bit of exercise, as much as I hate the thought!

    I weighed 132 this morning, then after working out (water weight) I weighed 130.5

    So, basically no weight loss since last week, but I'm encouraged. I know my problem is being inconsistent with my food diary.
