I'm researching behavior management programs, but PBIS/SWPBS is the only formalized program that I can find. Are there others that your school district uses?

    Use the Five-Step Discipline Model.
    Early Childhood
    1. Verbal/Visual Warning
    2. Remind student of classroom rules
    3. Discussion with student about how to improve the behavior.
    4. 2-minute or 5-minute time-out
    5. 5-minutes out of Recess and Contact Parents
    Elementary
    1. Verbal Warning
    2. Send student to hallway (5-minute time-out)
    3. Note Home to Parents/10-minutes out of recess
    4. Call the parents, but have the student tell his or her parent about the misbehavior.
    5. Lunch Detention
    Middle School
    1. Verbal Warning
    2. Send to Hallway
    3. Contact Parents + Detention
    4. Send student to ISS for ten minutes. In ISS, the student should write the disregarded rule at least ten times. In addition, detention should be given, in order to make up missed instruction.
    5. Written Notification to Office about Student Behavior
    High School
    1. Warning
    2. Detention
    3. Send to ISS, Detention
    4. Class Suspension, 3 days of Detention
    5. Written Notification to office about student behavior, 1 Week of Detention
