I buy certificate paper from the local Officeworks. I teach Prep (4-5 year olds) so the paper I buy has pencils, ABCs and numbers on it.

I type out in Word what the certificate is for and have a template of the school logo that I copy on to it.

There are some companies, like Hayes, that have certificates you purchase that are laser printer ready, and you can find templates for them on their website. I don't know if they have any for P.E., but they might.

I just went there and it doesn't appear that you can change the pre-built text. You could print out a certificate without text, then use Word to write your own and print onto the certificate. I'm just going to buy writing paper with a nice border and print onto that with Word.
