I'm not much for sequels or remakes, so nothing on that list makes me super excited. I always tell my students I'm the worst film studies teacher ever, cause I don't really watch many movies at big theaters. There is an art house in a nearby city, and I go see movies there sometimes.

Skyfall is all that interests me. I'm sure I will see it several times in the theater. (I'm a huge Bond fan)

    (leave Bill & Ted alone!)

I am really excited about new movies for National Treasure, Bad Boys, Hancock and Nemo. I was less than thrilled with the Hangover 2 so I'm not looking forward to new Hangover movies. I would like a Bridesmaids sequel. 

ETA: I've been following National Treasure 3 for a couple of years and even though the IMDB shows it coming out in 2013, reports are not confirmed.

I'm the same way. I know there have to be creative people out there writing screenplays-I wish Hollywood would take more chances on those.

I'd like to see Perfect Pitch (looks hilarious) and Bachelorette which is supposed to be a darker Bridesmaids-type movie.

I don't keep up with movies anymore. From 1988 to 1998, I saw at least one movie every single weekend. I knew what was coming out and loved seeing movies. When I got married, I basically stopped going to movies. I doubt I saw one movie a year.

I've been single since May, and I've been to the movies a couple of times. I went yesterday to see The Dark Night Rises, and I forgot how much I enjoyed going to the movies.

I think I need to get back into the habit again! My town doesn't have a theater, so it's a 25 mile trip. I still think I need to get back into the movie-viewing routine.

Other than Nemo and maybe Avengers 2, I don't think I'm interested in much on that list.

Man, I wish there were more Harry Potter movies to make!! ;)

There are a ton of sequels, that's for sure! Where's all those "brilliant" screenwriters?

I'm so surprised to hear they are doing an I, Robot sequel -- I liked the first one a lot, but I thought I remembered hearing that it didn't get good reviews and kind of bombed. Either way, as long as it's not a direct to DVD film, I'm all over it.

I could do without another Hangover movie. The first one was hilarious. The second one was just "okay" for me.

I love sci-fi, so Iron Sky sounds good. Not sure I want to see ANOTHER carrie movie -- I still remember "the Rage: Carrie 2" and the sci-fi channel did a remake of Carrie a few years ago that was actually really good. I'm a bit "carried" out

If you are a movie buff you could read deadline.com and find out about movie releases as early as when scripts are being purchased or even shopped around town.

I can't believe they are making Independence Day 2: Electric Boogaloo (I know that's not the name but that's what I add onto the name of every sequel they shouldn't be making). What happens in that movie, we invade mars and the underground martians try and stop us?

I personally wouldn't call myself a movie buff. I like going to the movies yes, but I don't go all the time or read upon it all the time. Sometimes, I'll look up an actor to see what movies of their's will be coming out soon. My current DVD movie collection only consists of about 50-60 movies, I'm guessing...haven't counted in a long time. I've never heard of deadline.com. :)
