Anyone ever made the switch from Android to Apple and regretted it?

After December, I plan to save up to get an MacBook Pro. Boy are they expensive!

They are but well worth it! I absolutely love mine:) I am hoping that they let me switch my school issued laptop to a Mac this year.

Yeah, I'm sure I'll love Mac products once I have them. I say in a couple of yrs because by then, I would have graduated from grad school & it will be a nice graduation gift for myself & I don't want to switch computer systems while I'm taking my online classes still...plus, by then, it will really be time to replace my Dell desktop. (My Dell laptop should be replaced too.)

I've heard that they are worth the money, which is why I hope to save up instead of buying a cheaper version.

My Macbook Pro was absolutely worth the money. There's nothing that compares. I live on this thing!

I have an iMac from 2006, still going pretty strong. Macs are worth every penny, in my opinion.

This was my biggest issue in switching to iPhone. I LOVE SWYPE. But, I've found that the iPhone's predicting text is really just as good. Maybe slightly slower, but I had to tell myself that a couple seconds was not going to kill me! And, when I use my husband's Droid and try to Swype, it seems so cumbersome and doesn't predict as well as my 4s.

He's thinking about getting a 5, but with a lower price tag on the just as comparable 4s, he may go that way.

The thing about Apple is you know exactly what you are getting. It's just like PC's and Windows-all the different brands, each with their annoying quirks. With all of the phones that run the Android OS, you can never quite be sure if you'll get what you want.

    With Apple products, WYSIWYG.

Oh, and I bought my Macbook Pro from my school this summer after I left. It's a 2010, and they charged me $400. Score!!

I have had both, and I liked both, but I prefer my HTC.
