I just had an interview for one of two STEM positions earlier today and the interview seemed like it went well. The principal was great and tried to get me to feel relaxed and he started talking to me about the timeline as to how fast they want to hire someone. Basically, they want to hire someone by THURSDAY, and if I was chosen for a second interview, it would either be the same day (today) or tomorrow. He also spoke with me about salary. He didn't say if he liked me or not, but I did get a call later from the BOE for a 2nd interview with the superintendent and the district coordinator for tomorrow morning. My question is what kinds of questions may they ask? According to the principal, he's hard as nails. I'm already nervous as it is, plus I don't have that much time to prepare. Anything helps! Thanks!
